The Anti-Harassment Cell promotes awareness, encourages the reporting of concerns and helps individuals access appropriate support and complaint procedures.

Objectives

• Raise awareness about harassment, personal boundaries and appropriate conduct.
• Provide an accessible channel for raising concerns.
• Help individuals access support and the relevant institutional grievance mechanism.
• Encourage fair, sensitive and timely handling of complaints.
• Prevent retaliation against complainants, witnesses and individuals providing assistance.
